MLKCH classes will help you stay informed about leading a healthy lifestyle and managing and controlling certain health conditions. The benefit is for the whole family from a future mother and her baby to an older adult, join us. There are free virtual classes for everyone, in the Zoom app as well as in person. In some cases, registration is required.
