Kellie Hawkins has held distinguished positions in both the public and private sectors. She currently works as a lobbyist at EKA where she leads the firm’s education, health, and social services practice areas. Kellie has also served as the chief operating officer for the National Health Foundation (NHF), advised senior administration officials in the United States Department of Health and Human Services, served in the administration of former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, and worked as an epidemiologist for the Los Angeles County Department of Health. In addition to her professional career, Kellie is civically engaged and serves on the boards of Coro Southern California and Climate Resolve. After attending Immaculate Heart High School in Los Angeles, Kellie earned a degree from Howard University and received her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern California.
