Jeffery (Jeff) Walker is the Vice-President of Customer Solutions for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas). Jeff, and his team, delivers products, programs, and services to meet SoCalGas' customers’ energy needs. More specifically, Jeff's responsibilities include Customer Energy Solutions, Customer (Energy Efficiency) Programs and Assistance, and Market Development.

Jeff has been at SoCalGas for more than 23 years where he has held a variety of positions, many of which were in the Information Technology Division as well is in Customer Services where he was responsible for major projects including the implementation of a system wide program to deploy advanced (smart) metering technology across SoCalGas’ 20K mile service territory. Jeff also spent more than 14 years in the financial services sector, primarily with The Capital Group Companies and Cigna Insurance Company.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Azusa Pacific University. Jeff also holds a certificate in leadership from the University of Southern California.

Jeff received a certificate of training completion from the African American Board Leadership Institute (AABLI). Over the last several years, he has served as the SoCalGas’ Executive fundraising sponsor for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Los Angeles and the Los Angeles chapter of the American Diabetes Association (ADA).

Jeff was born in South Los Angeles. He has worked and lived only in Southern California. Jeff is married with three adult children and one grandson.
