As President of AEIO, LLC (AEIO, pronounced “EYE-oh”), Hank Johnson directs the organization to meet and exceed the expectations of each AEIO customer. Hank has successfully guided AEIO’s efforts of providing innovative and results-driven solutions for federal and commercial clients while expanding service lines. Under his direction, AEIO has grown to offer true nationwide coverage for its information technology (IT), conference and event management, and human capital management services thanks to a bi-coastal operations infrastructure. Although he is an advocate of technology, Hank firmly believes that people are the strength behind any successful organization.

With more than 25 years of business development and management experience, his efforts have been very diverse in the areas of management consulting, e-commerce, and software development. He began his entrepreneurial career by co-founding Thinking Capital, Inc., a pioneer in the internet marketing industry specializing in developing B2B and government solutions through online personalized marketing. Hank then served as an international e-business consultant for the United Nations (UN), AT&T, and Lucent Technologies’ European division. As a consultant, he worked extensively outside the United States with projects in England, France, Belgium, and Spain developing results-based marketing strategies that increased revenue and customer retention. His success in the European market led to him developing trade and investment opportunities in the Caribbean for the Jamaica Trade and Investment Organization (JAMPRO).

Hank earned his B.A. in Business Administration (Finance) from Morehouse College. Bridging the economic and technological divide has always been a passion of his, which drives this portion of AEIO’s community development platform as well as his personal philanthropic efforts and community involvement. Hank is devoted to increasing professional and educational opportunities for young people of color and furthering their pursuit of higher education. By developing an energetic team of experienced and ambitious professionals, he continues to strive to lead AEIO to a new level of success.
