Steven Ciampa is an accomplished healthcare finance executive with more than 35 years of management experience in hospital and health system settings. As Chief Financial Officer at Martin Luther King, Jr Community Hospital (MLKCH), he is a hands-on leader committed to continuous improvement in in support of MLK's mission to serve its community.
Prior to joining MLKCH, Steven has worked for most of his career on the East Coast, serving hospitals in seven different states with a focus on strategic and operational process improvements. Steven is a recipient of the Reeves Silver Award from the Healthcare Finance Management Association in recognition of service and education. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Nichols College.
Steven enjoys golf, and is an avid sports fan, closely following the Boston Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox and the New England Patriots. He and his wife Mary are proud parents of Steven Jr. and Stephanie, along with their two grandchildren, Kyleigh and Nash.
